Immigration
CLCM’s Immigration Practice represents immigrant children and youth ages 0-22 living in Northeastern MA who are eligible for immigration status and protection, including special immigrant juvenile classification, asylum, DACA, TPS, U and T visas. We prioritizes representation of children and youth who are without a parent or legal guardian in the United States.
Client-Directed
CLCM attorneys counsel children about immigration options in an age-appropriate way so that youth can make informed choices about their own futures. CLCM is committed to upholding the humanity and right to self-determination of all children, and to reframe narratives that focus on victimhood rather than resilience.
Holistic Representation
CLCM knows that immigration status is but one systemic barrier in the lives of many children and applies an interdisciplinary approach to help children facing multiple challenges, including in school, foster care, or juvenile court.
