The Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts Immigration Practice represents immigrant children and youth ages 0-22 living in Northeastern Massachusetts who are eligible for immigration status and protection, including special immigrant juvenile classification, asylum, DACA, TPS, U and T visas. We prioritize representation of children and youth who are without a parent or legal guardian in the United States.

Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts attorneys counsel children about immigration options in an age-appropriate way so that youth can make informed choices about their own futures. The Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts is committed to upholding the humanity and right to self-determination of all children, and to reframe narratives to focus on resilience rather than victimhood.

Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts knows that immigration status is a systemic barrier in the lives of many children and applies an interdisciplinary approach to help children facing multiple challenges, including in school, foster care, or juvenile court.
